DAY 1 Rome: Welcome to Rome
Begin your enchanting Italy honeymoon by flying into Rome where you’ll be welcomed by our driver who will provide private transfer to your hotel in the Eternal City. After checking in, you’ll have the rest of the day to enjoy at your leisure. As you’ll be situated in Rome’s historical center on one of the most vibrant streets in the capital, art galleries, boutiques, cafes, bars, and theaters are all just steps away. The National Gallery of Ancient Art is a 6 minute walk away but just strolling the streets, taking it all in can be the perfect way to spend the afternoon. There are many enticing outdoor cafes that are ideal for sipping a glass of Italian wine while watching the world go by too.
DAY 2 Rome: Private Full-Day Essential Rome
Join your private driver/guide for a full-day tour that covers nearly every highlight in Rome. You’ll start by visiting Vatican City, a city-state in Rome home to the magnificent St. Peter’s Basilica which holds Michelangelo’s Pieta, the 15th -century Sistine Chapel with Michelangelo’s famous frescoed ceiling, and the Vatican Museums with works that date back thousands of years. Whatever you do, you won’t want to miss the chance to try some of the world’s best gelato. As there are many gelaterias, you might want to sample a few places to determine your favorite. Gelateria del Teatro is renowned for its gelato with creative flavors and high-quality, natural ingredients.
DAY 4 Rome: Private Flavors of Trastevere
The Trastevere neighborhood is one of the most picturesque in Rome, set along the Tiber River with narrow cobbled streets and vibrantly painted buildings covered in ivy with balconies adorned by colorful geraniums. But it’s not only photogenic, it boasts a fantastic culinary scene with everything from historic trattorias and pizzerias to upscale restaurants. You’ll join a local guide for a food tour so that you can navigate this exciting culinary maze, stopping to enjoy delectable local bites along the way. Capping off your food-filled adventure, you’ll be treated to an eight-course tasting dinner accompanied by expertly paired wines. DAY 5 Sorrento: Transfer from Rome to Sorrento

Your private driver will provide transfer to the Rome Termini Train Station where you’ll hop on the highspeed train to Naples, arriving to the city in 90 minutes. Another driver will meet you upon arrival for the transfer to Sorrento, but you’ll enjoy an exciting stop in Pompeii, with two hours to explore the ancient city for a good glimpse at life nearly 2,000 years ago when it was covered in ash during the massive Mount Vesuvius eruption. After checking into your Sorrento hotel, the rest of the day is yours.
DAY 6 Sorrento: Small Group Amalfi Coast Tour
A captivating full-day tour will bring you to explore the Amalfi Coast as part of a small group experience. Your first destination is pretty Positano with timeless beauty that’s been well- preserved thanks to strict building codes that prohibit modern construction. Your approach from above reveals a colorful vista from pastel-painted homes and lush gardens to flowers, lemon, and olive groves, while the brilliant blue of the sea lies below. You’ll have time to wander the pedestrianized streets on your own, perhaps stopping for lunch or a coffee, with your guide providing recommendations. The town of Amalfi is next where you’ll see iconic St. Andrew’s Cathedral, concluding in captivating Ravello with a famous sweeping vista of the Amalfi and Cilento coasts from Villa Cimbrone.
DAY 7 Sorrento: Day of Leisure
You’ll have today all to yourself to enjoy what interests you most. You might want to explore the cobbled streets of Old Town Sorrento, with the historical center mostly pedestrianized, only open to vehicles for those with special access. Incredibly photogenic, you’ll be able to take advantage of numerous photo ops, including Instagrammable pastel-painted homes and historic churches, with gelato shops, boutiques, and restaurants providing opportunities for breaks in between. Be sure to spend time in Piazza Tasso, the sun-soaked main square, a hub of life here attracting locals and tourists alike. It’s one of the best spots to enjoy a limoncello and some people-watching. The 16th -century baroque-style church of Santuario del Carmine with its yellow facade sits in the eastern corner.
DAY 8 Sorrento: Amalfi Sunset Coastal Cruise
Explore the beauty of the Sorrento coast by hopping aboard a Gozzo Sorrentino boat, an elegant vessel, with your own personal crew. A private excursion that can be customized according to your preferences, it includes the chance to admire many sights like the historic fishing village of Marina Grande, Roman ruins, and a beautiful waterfall cascading are just a few of the many highlights. You can take the opportunity to enjoy a memorable swim at the tip of Capo di Sorrento near an ancient Roman villa, and when the sun starts to go down, you’ll be mesmerized by the colors splashed across the sky and the sea, one of Mother Nature’s most stunning works. DAY 9 Sorrento: Departure

This morning, you’ll want to get your bags packed and ready as your driver will meet you at your hotel in Sorrento to provide transfer to the airport in Naples. From there, you can begin your return journey home, or head out on further travels.
